The San Diego Committee on Employment of People with Disabilities announces our 2nd annual 2010 SDCEPD "Kevin Starks Memorial Scholarship Awards". 

The committee will competitively award four (4) one-time $1,000.00 scholarships to selected San Diego County Residents who have a disability as defined under California and/or Federal Law. 

Awardees will be determined by demonstrated: financial need, academic merit, community service, participation in activities; leadership and life achievements. 

Scholarships will be awarded in the Summer of 2010.

Scholarship applications must be postmarked by 4/23/2010.
